Vectra-ScanSmart Privacy Policy & End User License Agreement (EULA)
Vectra-ScanSmart (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Vectra-ScanSmart mobile application (“App”) handles information when you use it.
Vectra-ScanSmart is a device cleaning application designed only to scan APK files, residual files, and temporary data on your device. All processing is performed locally on your device, and no personal data is collected, transmitted, shared, or sold.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement (EULA) below.
App Functionality & Permissions
Vectra-ScanSmart provides the following functionality only:
Scanning APK installation files
Identifying residual application data
Identifying temporary cache files
To perform these functions, the App requires file access permission.
This permission is:
Used solely for scanning local storage
Never used to read personal content
Never used to upload data
All scan results remain on your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
Vectra-ScanSmart does not collect, store, process, or transmit:
Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID)
File contents or filenames
Photos, videos, documents
Usage behavior or activity history

No user-identifiable or device-identifiable data is collected at any time.
Local-Only Data Processing
All scanning and analysis operations occur entirely on your device.
Vectra-ScanSmart does not use external servers for data processing, storage, or synchronization.
Third-Party Platforms & SDKs
Vectra-ScanSmart may integrate limited third-party services such as:

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Vectra-ScanSmart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial device maintenance.
13.2 Restrictions

Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App
Redistribute or resell the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Interfere with the App’s functionality
13.3 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the App remain with the developer.
13.4 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13.5 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use and uninstall the App.
13.6 Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App.

By installing or using Vectra-ScanSmart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and EULA.
